Wizard based setup and explanation of settings

For new users who might not be familiar with terminology or the differences between standards (eg various rates, or "what is the best encoder to use") provide an explanation for the various settings while preparing for a new conversion (even if the info is lifted directly out of the help file - as they probably haven't looked at it either).
